Design of the Month - October

2020 has been anything from conventional. October is following suit with a rare blue moon falling on Halloween. The month full of crunchy leaves, changing temperatures, and cozy sweaters. The relationship between wood and fall seems inevitable. Honoring mother nature and trying to be as respectful as possible brought us to our selection this month, Stacked Wood Wall's Reclaimed Collection - Teak Natural RC - a design that honors sustainability to the highest degree.

TEAK NATURAL RC

Repurposing items for a better future.

Rescued from old homes and buildings over 100 years old, our beautiful Teak Natural RC is naturally weathered by time and the elements. It offers a highly desirable, distressed patina. Our Teak Natural RC is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) to be made from 100% recycled wood. It is both visually stunning and certified good for the environment.

When old buildings are torn down in Indonesia, the antique teakwood is discarded. Teak Natural RC grants new life to these boards by repurposing them into stunning panels, brimming with character.

Available in three colorways.

So... what is FSC-certification?

FSC RECYCLED

'Products that bear this label have been verified as being made from 100% recycled content (either post-consumer or pre-consumer reclaimed materials). The use of FSC Recycled products can help to alleviate the pressure of demand on sources of virgin material, thereby helping to protect the world’s forests.' - Forest Stewardship Council Website.
