Cork is one of the most replenishable products on the market, it is easy to work with, easy on tools, and easy on the eyes. Cork is the surrounding bark of a Cork Oak tree. When cork bark is harvested it doesn’t kill the tree. Once a Cork Oak tree reaches around 25 years of age, cork can be harvested every 9 years until the tree is approximately 150 years old. How cool is that?!
